Secure online Paypal ordering with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or your PayPal Account. All prices on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars. Please allow 3 business days for order processing from time of purchase. A copy of your receipt of online payment will be included in your shipment. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Registered Mail, requiring a signature. All goods are shipped Mon - Fri, excluding holidays, within 1 week of purchase. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, and ranges from 2-14 days as outlined by Canada Post. We will only ship to the name and address that match that of the credit card used for payment.

Our current shipping charges, based on the total value of goods ordered, are:

*Due to size and weight restrictions, System Logmatic items and the Sheila Maid Ceiling Airer must be shipped seperately {at cost; we do not charge handling fees}. The LM-250 Wedge Axe and the Sheila Maid are classed as Oversized by Canada Post, and incur an additional charge of $7.50 each. This is included in the published shipping price here and on the PayPal checkout page.

US shipping now available, please email for a quote. Please be advised that customs & duty fees, etc, are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs or brokerage fees incurred upon return back to us will be deducted from the amount of your refund. We ship with Canada Post, ranging from 6-14 days for delivery depending on the destination. No taxes are charged to residents of the US.

There is no GST or HST charged at this time.

returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund of the original purchase price less 25% restocking fee. Items must be in transit back to us within 7 days. Items must be in their original, new and unused condition and original intact packaging. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for used items. Honey and Soap cannot be returned. If you have any concerns about allergies to ingredients or queries about any product, please inquire before purchasing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be suitably packaged and insured for the full price of the item. Please retain proof of shipping and insurance. Tinder.ca is not responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Please allow 7-14 business days for refund processing. Tinder.ca reserves the right to consider all returns on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Please contact us via e-mail to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your shipment back. We do not accept returns without this Return Authorization Number. Please address your returns, with the Return Authorization Number clearly stated on the package, to:

damaged items

All items are fully inspected to avoid shipment of defective products, and are suitably packaged by Tinder.ca for shipping. All packages must be inspected by the purchaser immediately upon receipt, and any damage must be noted on the bill of lading from Canada Post.

If you receive a damaged shipment, or you feel there is a defect in your product, please contact us immediately via e-mail or at 416.270.8915, 11 -5, Mon - Fri. Your claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt of all damaged or defective items. Canada Post will require an inspection in the event of damage so please keep all packing materials and the item until further notice.

If we determine the item to be damaged or defective, a replacement will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of Tinder.ca. No refund will be given, only a new product in working order will be given in replacement. Damages and defects are handled on a case-by-case basis.

System Logmatic™ Finland offers a one year warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper repairs, improper use, and damage due to negligence or improper maintenance. Tinder.ca does not provide any additional warranty. In the event of a claim please e-mail us.

Tinder.ca never sells or distributes any customer information. Details such as your name, mailing address and email address are only used to fulfill website orders or to respond to inquiries.

We do our best to keep our stock availability current. We apologize if your purchase is out of stock and will contact you should this error occur. At that point, you have the option to wait for a new shipment or cancel your pending order. Tinder.ca may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.
